Can Homeopathy Suppress Disease Symptoms?
The alternative health community is guilty of pointing an accusatory finger at allopathic medicine. They tout and rant about how bad it is because it suppresses illness and does nothing to heal it. Well I have a news flash for you ...................
Homeopathy CAN suppress symptoms too!
By the way so can herbs. GASP!!
Let's explore how this is possible. Samuel Hahnemann observed that in nature "like cures like". When two diseases that are similiar come into contact with one another in the human body, the stronger similiar disease, will render the weaker disease ineffective. AKA, cure it.
An example is small pox and cow pox. Two different diseases but SIMILIAR in the expressions of their symptoms upon the human body. So if you have small pox and I give you an innoculation of cow pox that is stronger than the intensity of your small pox symptoms, the inncoluation will render the small pox ineffective and you will no longer have it.
Do you understand? Sort of? Kind of? Not really? Do you need a coffee break?
Ok, now the opposite is true. When two dissimiliar diseases come into contact in a human body the stronger dissimiliar disease will SUPPRESS the weaker one. Let's say you have chronic eczema and you get cancer. Two completely different disease states, and symptoms. The cancer will suppress the eczema, because cancer is a stronger deeper dissimiliar disease than eczema. The eczema will appear to go away. The eczema has simply been suppressed. When the cancer is healed the eczema will come back worse than it was before the cancer appeared.
All suppressed conditions come back worse
Homeopathic remedies are artificial disease states
When you take a remedy, the body believes it has taken on a new disease
Homeopathic remedies by their design will always be stronger than the illness a patient has, therefore rendering the disease ineffective. But only if the homeopath finds the similiar remedy to the patient's diease.
Quiz: What would happen if a homeopath choose a remedy that was dissimiliar to the disease the patient has?
