Moksha Yoga - Wake Yourself From "Sloth"
In order to regain your health and vitality back to 100%, follow three simple protocols:
1.) Clear your emotional toxins (replace with self appreciation)
2.) Stop putting toxins into your body (replace with nourishing your body)
3.) Clear the toxins out of your body
Moksha Yoga is a form of yoga that takes place in a heated room. You basically
Sweat a lot, Stretch a little
You literally sweat all of your inner toxic crap out! I love it, I have been going for a few weeks now. I alternate this yoga with Yoga at Downward Dog at Bathurst and Queen. Moksha focuses on detox, and ashtanga yoga focuses on strength.
It's a great way to reverse much of the damage one has done to their body over many years, of alcohol consumption, junk foods, fast foods, and drugs. It's also a great way to detox air pollution and the effects of chem trails as well.
Everybody needs some form of consistent detox in their life, and not everybody wants to fast, do colonics, or eat raw food all day long.
The last thing I want to do is put crap into my body after all the effort I put in to get rid of it.
Toxins affect our brain chemistry creating a CORPSE like state after awhile. Making it difficult to engage with life, think properly, feel motivated about anything, and, eventually we become...........
SLOTH
Sloth -------- the epitome of laziness, the pinnacle of degeneration, and the archetype of societal breakdown.
Abolish your INNER SLOTH!!
Take YOGA
Whine less, breathe more
And Tell them to Kiss Your Asana
