But Ugliness Goes Right to the Bone................

I had lunch with a friend of mine who I feel is a highly evolved spiritual woman!! I have sent her so much love through the inner planes over a period of time. Why is this lady so wonderful? Because she takes responsibility for all that she is, and helps others to do the same.

We went out to lunch and had a laugh. She said so Lindsay, why are you single? I said because I do not find anyone physically appealing enough to date. Then we got into our conversation about: What is beauty? What is ugliness?

Do you know that negativity and hateful unresolved issues warp your physical appearance? Our cells respond to our thoughts and feelings, literally. So ugliness without is a reflection of ugliness from within. Forgive me, if this seems rude or harsh, perhaps ugly is not a great choice of words.  When I go out to my spiritual retreats when everyone there is healing themselves is it a coincidence that ALL of them are attractive?

I have examples:
  • Wrinkles are an outward reflection of worry,
  • Grey hair is a reflection of feeling depleted, or a feeling of lack,
  • Cellulite is the feeling of inner ugliness,
  • Weight gain is an issue with protection and boundries,
  • Acne is insecurity and self consciouness,
  • Redness in the eyes is anger
  • Bags under the eyes is a feeling hopelessness and despair
  • Missing teeth carries an underlying feeling of loss of structure and foundation
  • Poor posture is a feeling of being beaten down
  • Glasses are not willing to see things with clear sight

Of course I can agree that we all have different types and definitions of what beauty is, that is not the point of this post. The point being that when we heal, and love ourselves the cells of our body start to respond and our physicial body has to reflect it, it's spiritual law.

Side Note: Love that photo!!, it's my high school photo!! (wink)

But what about people that are good looking and are jerks? Good question. Their facial expressions show their inner world.

Examples:

  • Rigid upper lip
  • Frowning or scowling a lot
  • No sense of humor
  • Arrogant, head held high and proud
  • Condescending smirks
  • Someone with no facial expressions because they don't feel
  • Stiff posture, un flowing

So either way, if your inner world is not healing it will reflect one way or another.

So then what is aging? Aging is the outward reflection of longstanding stress and unhappiness left unhealed. There are cultures in the world that age very little. We are not made aware of them of course, but they do not live their lives the way we do.
