10 Ways to Guarantee Results With Your Homeopath
A lot of people go into healing with the mind set of "I will try this out and see if it works". If you are serious about being well, may I humbly recommend a positive way to approach it?
1.) Go into your healing with the mind set of being "committed". If you are ready to spend at least six months with a healer to get better then you are READY to get better. If you want instant results, then you are not ready for true healing.
2.) Work with your practitioner. So many people try out practitioner's once, then dump them, and claim they weren't helped. True healing takes time, it takes persistence and working with the practitioner. The practitioner also needs time to get to know the patient and develop a rapport.
3.) Follow the homeopath's advice, try and resist the temptation to be lazy. Do not try and take matters into your own hands.
4.) Go to your appointments consistently, try to avoid habitual cancellations or postponements. We as homeopath's lose track of the case when this happens too frequently. We have to play "catch up" just like you do when you do not see a loved one for long periods of time.
5.) COMMUNICATE ----try and be as open and honest about your true feelings as consistently as you can. Remember, we are not mind readers.
6.) Keep a journal of your progress, of how you feel, your dreams, and how your physical body is feeling. This way you can chart your own progress. Over a period of time, you will see proof of the changes that have taken place and feel better about your journey toward wellness.
7.) BE patient. Give it at least a few months before throwing in the towel. Homeopathy is not the same as allopathy. The results are slower, but healing is permanent. With allopathy, the physical symptoms feel better but the disease gets worse over time. Think of the tortoise and the hare story. The hare is allopathic medicine and the tortoise is homeopathic medicine.
8.) Consider going to a healer as as an act of high self worth and esteem. That you love yourself enough to take the time to find a real cure. Be patient and kind to yourself along the way, and stick to your goal.
9.) ASK questions: If you have any ask them. This will help to overcome any objections and cynicism toward wellness. Also the process of healing is not common to most people. People are used to taking drugs. Drugs suppress symptoms, that is why they go away so quickly. Healing unsuppresses a condition and many will not understand what is happening to their body. Education is key.
10.) Also don't' forget good ole common sense. Spending late nights drinking beer, partying, eating junk foods will not help your journey. So be accountable. If you are not getting better, are you doing something to hinder that progress? Be honest.
Hope this helps
