This whole concept of THINK about what you want and it will magically appear is horse radish, and simply untrue. We have beliefs that are branded upon us from our parents and society, and these feelings need healing.
The last post was a demonstration of the EFT technique. It is a TAPPING technique that helps you clear both beliefs and feelings of self worth at the sametime. You don't need years of therapy just ten minutes a day.
EFT, is based on traditional chinese medicine, where you TAP the meridian points versus putting a needle into them. When you tap and recite a phrase it clears/heals the block or belief.
I gave it a good whirl the other day, and I must say something in me changed, I am not sure what exactly but it felt as if some horrible future I knew I was creating was cancelled out somehow. That my life changed somehow. I felt emotions surface, memories surface, and I started to detoxify.
