Do you know what the number one reason is for bankruptcy and house foreclosures in America?
 
According to Micheal Moore, the first reason is the overwhelming costs of medical care. The second reason for house foreclosures, is that Micheal feels that the banks pre planned the mortgage crisis and swindled the American people to invest in houses only to lose it later so that the banks could repossess them. It is classically called the "bait and switch".  Micheal calls it a fraud on the people. His new movie was presented at the Toronto International Film Festival. His new movie targets Capitalism and it is called "Capitalism: A love Story". It is being released in Canada on October 2nd.

Capitalism: A Love Story" examines the economic meltdown and subsequent bailout of Wall Street and calls on the audience to reject America's particular brand of free market economics in favour of a system based on the ideals of democracy. 

He goes onto say that the banks and large corporate neocons have every intention of furthering the economic collapse, and making things far worse for the American people. The bottom line, more money in their pocket and less money in ours. Micheal feels that just because Barack Obama is in presidency doesn't abdicate the responsibility of the people to stand up for whats right. He feels that relying on someone else to do it, whether that is him or Barack Obama, is not going to create real change, it needs to be a collective effort.
