The Power of Homeopathy to Help Create What We Want

This post is about books that I have read and recommend. I am an avid reader of books by Ester Hick's, she channels an entity known as Abraham. Abraham teaches us about the importance that our thoughts, feelings and beliefs have in our life. Abraham approaches this topic in a fun light hearted manner, which make people feel like they really can change their life. Abraham is very witty, down to Earth, and very straight forward in his teachings. I am a big fan because they empahsize the power that our emotions play in our lives, not just our thoughts. Infact, our emotions tell us whether or not we are "on track" with our goals, by the way we feel. Abraham calls it, our "emotional guidance system".

Let's say we want to be filthy rich, which is a goal many of us want isn't it? Well the first emotional reaction we have to that thought, tells us whether or not we can create it, or believe we can.  If we feel we want it but at the sametime feel hopeless or overwhelmed about being wealthy then we know we can not create it from that feeling state. So we need to change the way we feel first, only then can we create it. They teach that we can only attract to us our predominant feeling emotional state.  If it is happiness then we attract happy cirumstances to us, if it is abundance we attract that too. Abraham also understands that our emotions and thoughts have become habitual, and do not necessarily change overnight, so he offers a way in which to gradually change our point of focus.

The books by Ester Hick's have become world renowned. I watch their seminars on Abraham Law of Attraction all the time. The books offer very real hope, in my opinion. Abraham also teaches people to spend time everyday focussing on our dreams and what we want. They teach people how to create, by advising people to mentally focus on what we want. They ask you to monitor your feelings and thoughts throughout the day, whenever you catch yourself focussing on what you do not want, change it immediately to focussing on what you do want. As a real life example, lets say we feel worried about paying our rent, this is focussing on what we don't want, we need to stop right there, and focus only on having the rent payed, which is what we do want. They also emphasize not to have any contradictory thoughts either to what we want. So we may want to be rich, we focus on being rich, but then suddenly, we think, but would IF this or that happens, and thus contradictory thoughts and feelings are created negating all the progress we made before.

I understand this material, this is why the focus in my practice is healing our emotions, because I know that every patient of mine is reaping the rewards from their predominant feeling state, this is why it is so important to evolve our feelings.  I know that every circumstance that happens in their life comes from their emotional well being, there are no exceptions. Many of them are concerned about their physical health, and rightfully so, but on a deeper level it is a reflection of their inner emotional state.
