Nutrition Secrets to Boosting Vitality

Did you know that the vitality of our body is determined more by the vitality of the food and not as much by its nutrition content? The vitality of the food is determined by the amount of "life spark" that is present in the food source. Raw food has more of a life spark than cooked food, and raw organic food that is fresh and locally grown has more vitality than raw organic food at a grocery store. It is cash and carry and there is no McGuinty,Harper,carbon, or junk food tax to pay for. Imagine that!

So the secret to using nutrition to boost vitality is NOT with supplementation like many think, as supplements do not contain any life force because they are not alive. Only alive foods can accomplish this feat.
