Which Food Source Has All 99 Minerals The Body Needs?

There is only 1 food source on Earth that has all 99 minerals the body needs? Do you know what it is?

All natural food has genetic programming that tells it which minerals to absorb and uptake from the soil.  This is why every food is different with its mineral and vitamin content.  Brazil nuts contain high amounts of selenium, sunflower seeds are high in zinc, spinach is high in iron, turnip is high in calcium, and so on. But there is one food source that has a genetic makeup that allows for all the needed minerals to be taken from our soil.  All the minerals known to man can be found in ocean water, but it is not a food source.  However the soil needs to have all the minerals in it, in order for this substance to absorb it.  So a good tip is to water your garden with highly diluted ocean water.

So what is this food source?  Grass! All Grasses have this genetic makeup.  But we can't just mow the lawn and gnaw on it, so we juice it from wheat.  The answer is wheat grass.  This is why wheat grass is so well respected among the health community.  Very few people know we need 99 minerals, and even fewer people know how to get minerals in their body.  All disease can be traced to a mineral deficiency of some kind and most people have very few mineral stores left in their body. Our mineral stores get depleted with things such as stress, caffiene, alcohol, and processed foods.  Even gray hair is a copper deficiency.

Brittle hair is a silica deficiency, poor skin tone is a sulphur deficiency, and so on.  An ounce a day is a good place to start with wheat grass, drinking it with some orange juice is ideal, and not by itself. They sell fresh premade wheat grass shots at the Big Carrot at 348 Danforth Ave,Toronto, which is grown from ocean water. This is the best kind money can buy other than juicing it yourself, and I wouldn't recommend the frozen kind. What's the point? The whole punch of wheat grass is that it is fresh.
