Best Kept Secrets to White Teeth and Minty Fresh Breath Naturally!

Few people know this, that’s because I did mention it was a secret.
The Native Indians used prickly ash bark to clean their teeth, and as you know, when we dig up their bones, a hundred years later, we can still see their teeth. No toothless skulls to be found there!
What exactly is plaque?
Plaque is caused from a bacteria called “nano bacteria” which forms a crusted shell around itself. When it gets into the teeth it’s called plaque,
when it gets into the joints its called arthritis,
when it gets into our brain we call it Alzheimer’s.
Neem Oil breaks down the shell around the bacteria and literally removes all plaque from your teeth. It also kills all the bacteria in your mouth. Let’s be frank with one another, your local toothpaste isn’t going to remove plaque, if it did, we wouldn’t be going to the dentist needing them to scrape it all off once a year.
So back to the Neem Oil, and it needs to be Neem oil, not the toothpaste. That won’t do anything except maybe take your guilt away. But not your plaque. The best Neem Oil on the market is found by a company called Living Libations, they call it Yogi Tooth Serum.
It’s pure and home made. That’s where I buy mine. You put only 1 drop on your brush, and brush it into your teeth, then after that you take one drop and rub it into your gums, then you floss with it to kill the bacteria under the gum line. Although I suppose I should tell you, Neem gives a burning sensation, but it goes away, and the body adjusts. But you will notice a difference in the way your teeth look, are you listening coffee drinkers ?

There is a product called IPSAB that contains tree bark powder. In this recipe they also put baking soda in it, and mint flavoring. I buy that one and it lasts for months. It contains no toxins or fancy essential oils that don’t really clean the teeth but a great way for toothpaste companies to mark up their product.
IPSAB tooth powder, does not look fancy, the packaging isn’t that great either, but it cleans teeth very well.
Other great accessories to add to your teeth cleaning routine, is a tongue cleaner. Now how many people do you know that actually have one? Toxins accumulate on our tongue as the body attempts to keep itself clean, and the only thing we have to do is scrape it off everyday. It’s not romantic but hey neither is bad breath.
Of course I have to write about how to have fresh breath. Mint essential oil, the kind you can ingest. Not the kind you burn over candle light for aroma therapy. Listen VERY carefully. Place 1 drop (mint oil) in about 2 liters of water. It’s potent, so you really have to watch your ratios here. If you drink this you will be “fire breathing” mint, literally. This is a handy trick before intimate encounters, well, not right before. You want to wait at least ten minutes, after drinking it, otherwise you may scare them off.
