

There are far more juicy details to give away about how to see through people. There is one lesson I want to go through today.
It will help you feel more compassion toward others, and understand what's going on with them.
Do you relate with some people and think to yourself, what the hell is wrong with that guy? Why do they behave the way they do? Do you want to smack them upside the head?
People reading lesson:
- The way other people make you feel is how they feel about themselves. It's another form of projection. A different form than name calling.

Osteoporosis has to be one of the most commonly misunderstood diseases in our culture. The common assumptions about his disease are:
1.)The cause is unknown
2.) It is not dietary related
3.) The only way to prevent osteoporosis is by massive calcium supplementation
4.) It is not curable
I will tell you a secret, they are all WRONG. Osteoporosis is caused when the minerals of our body including calcium get depleted. Did you know that certain foods deplete our minerals? Did you know that gray hair as well as osteoporosis are caused by foods that DRAIN your minerals! We think food gives us nourishment.
Here's a wake up call.......
90% of the foods you are eating don't give your body diddly squat, in terms of nutritional value and SUCK you dry like a Hoover. Now you know why the masses are aging, tired, lifeless, wired and CRANKY, and this is only part of the equation.
Listen up because life is going to get very informative, foods that suck calcium (and all the other minerals) out of your body are:

This is what you do. Cut down on your fat intake, then significantly increase the intake of fresh grapefruit juice. Ideally three 8oz glasses a day. Some people have even known to fast on grapefruit juice for days on end. It would also be a good idea to add fresh lemon with every glass of water you consume.
This is what I would recommend. Start attending a spinning class. Go once a week at first, then build to three days. While on this regime increase your lemon and grapefruit juice consumption significantly.
This should get anyone started in the right direction, keeping in mind that a proper nutrition regime is still worth it's weight in gold.
